Heading 3

For Permanent makeup services, please read all of the following information before booking for best color results & eligibility

Pre-Appointment. Please:

  • Avoid Alcohol/caffeine consumption for 12+ hours before your procedure. This is important because blood thinners reduce pigment retention, and are evident during procedure. blood thinners include aspirin and ibuprofen (and all pain medications except Tylenol. Always consult your Doctor). Tylenol may be taken according to manufacturers’ instructions. Vitamin E or A, fish oil, and large doses tumeric should be avoided for 3 days.

  • For two weeks pre- & post- appointment, please avoid botox, fillers, chemical peels retinols & exfoliant products in area of treatment.

  • wear your brow lip or eyeliner makeup the way you do daily so your artist Jen can see generally what you’re used to. We will map a shape outline, and when you approve shape and color, your PMU enhancement will be a shape and color you love!

  • We have a careful approach, as we can always build color at your 4-8 week touch-up appointment.

  • Candidates for permanent makeup must not be pregnant or nursing, have bleeding disorders, immune disorders, or other conditions that lead to difficulties healing and implanting pigment, or have taken prescription Accutane in the last year. If you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, or a serious medical condition, please let us know ahead as a Doctor’s note may be required. You must be at least 18 years of age to receive permanent makeup services, although other services are available for under 18 clients.

  • especially if you have allergies, or skin sensitivities, we recommend at least 48 hours before procedure that you receive a pigment allergy patch test. We use high quality vegan pigment manufactured in the U.S. Most clients choose to proceed without this allergy test, and we have not experienced reactions to date. Immediately before procedure you can request to test for immediate reactions only,

  • For lip blush, if you have ever had a cold sore, even as a child, you will need to take a prescribed cold sore medication days before during and after treatment as advised by your Doctor. This is important as outbreaks are likely to be triggered affecting results.

  • Please inform us if you have any of the following symptoms: sore throat, cough, fever, sneeze, and we’ll reschedule.

  • If you have an emergency need for rescheduling, please provide us at least 72 hours notice so we have a chance to fill your spot, with such notice and cause, deposits on your booked appointment may be forwarded to an immediately re-booked appointment one time only as a courtesy.
